Amazing stay with killer staff!
Just came back from a 2-night stay and wow, everything was spot on! The room was super clean, comfy big bed, and the staff were the friendliest ever! They went above and beyond for us. Food was delicious, especially the restaurant's breakfast with fresh fruits! Only thing was, there wasn't a kettle in the room for tea.

stroll to castles and local parks from a comfy base
I had an amazing stay where I could easily walk to Cardiff Castle in just a few minutes and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Bute Park, making my weekend feel full of exploration and relaxation. the hotel itself featured a boutique feel and excellent dining that I truly appreciated as a single traveler. it's good to note that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, which might be a minor issue for some guests.
